It has been a long while since I’ve made an update, and life has made some large turns: We have packed up our stuff in Bucharest, hopped on a one-way plane (with the dog) to NYC, and are now taking two months to slowly make our way to Hawaii for a year off. We don’t really have any other plans than that; exciting!

Brady's Travel Map
Here’s a map of the places I’ve travelled to. I probably left a few out. I thought I had travelled a lot until I saw that I’ve only been to 13% of the world’s countries. I’m way past 13% of my life, so I better get busy.
Tibet 2004
In 2004 I went to Tibet with two friends. We hired a private guide for two weeks. We traveled in a Land Rover and had a supply truck follow us with two cooks. We traveled to Everest and made a pilgramage to Mt Kailash.
Maulbronn Monastery
In 2006, we went on a great day trip with our friend Chin and her boyfriend. They drove us out to two places in the Maulbronn area. It’s about 30 minutes from where we lived in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Taormina, Sicily
In February, we went to Sicily. We weren’t in the mood for galavanting about trying to see everything, so we just relaxed in Taormina. It was an amazing little town and a great place to celebrate my birthday.
DF to Oaxaca
From the DR, we headed for Mexico. Mexico City, known as the DF, is 23 million plus outlying suburbs and shanty towns, but having lived in Shanghai and spending time in NYC, we were ready.
