2What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data on our website, millimedia.com, and in the apps and games we publish. Where a specific app collects data in ways not described here, its store listing and in-app notices provide the details for that app, and those details take precedence for that app.

3Data we collect on this website

Our website is intentionally simple, and so is the data it touches:

• Contact form. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to our inbox.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website, and the site itself does not set cookies.

4Data in our apps and games

Our mobile apps and games may collect a limited amount of data needed to run and improve them, such as:

• Device and diagnostic information (device model, operating system version, crash reports).
• Gameplay and usage data (progress, sessions, feature usage), used to improve the product.
• Purchase information, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your full payment details.

5How we use data

We use personal data only to:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above.

We share data only with service providers who help us run our products — such as hosting providers, Formspree for the contact form, and the app store platforms — and only to the extent needed for them to do their job. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

7Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is relevant and then deleted. Technical logs are rotated on our providers' standard schedules.

9Children

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes to how an app handles data are also reflected in that app's store listing.
